Credit Facility

In order for us to begin your application process; you can email the credit application form along with the below-listed attachments to headofficedebtoraccounts@elvey.co.za. We have a committed team ready to process your credit application within 72 hours.

List of documents to be provided with completed and signed credit application;

  • Original Application Form
  • Business Founding/Registration certificate
  • Certified copies of all identity documents of Partners/Members/Directors
  • Cancelled Cheque or stamped letter from bank

Extended Warranties

We understand the critical factor in remaining efficient, thus our products have to live up to the promise. We offer a promise of quality and delivery by including a warranty because we trust and rely on our products. Our intention is to build lasting relationships with our users because of our products benefits. A warranty on these selected brands is extended to all clientele:

  • All Optex Indoor PIR’s, Beams (AX Series & BX 100 Plus) and Outdoor PIR (VX/BX/LX series) products have a 1-year Blue Label extended warranty on manufacturer warranties.
  • DSC Control Panels and Modules (excluding DSC Neo) have a 5-year warranty.
  • Dahua has a 3-year warranty.
  • VisionLine IP Cameras have a 3-year warranty.

Training

Teaching, guiding and implementing these products are just as big a part of the process as purchasing them. We encourage our suppliers to work with us on our training programme where we show and explain the features, navigation and usage of our physical products. We offer a 10% discount for those interested.

Blue Label Accreditation

Each installer that commits to the courses on our selected brands on offer will get a nod as a Blue Label Trained Installer, which will be listed on our lead distribution list. All trainees have the choice of becoming a RISCO, DSC, Impro Access Control or a CCTV trained Blue Label Installer.

** Please note that in order to do the RISCO or DSC training, it is mandatory to complete the Intruder Alarms foundation course first. **
